How did Grotle get its name?

The last three letters are easy: "tle" are also the last three letters of "turtle." Like its relatives Turtwig and Torterra, Grotle looks like a turtle. It may seem that the "gro" refers to the fact that it "grows" from Turtwig. But it is actually probably because he is a "grove Pokemon." A grove is a small group of trees. While Turtwig has just a little twig on his back, and Torterra seems to have the whole Earth on his back, Grotle has just a little grove of trees.
